Internships
Currently, there are three internship opportunities available for Spring 2010. These are
General Marketing Intern
Marketing Interns will gain a thorough understanding of guerrilla marketing techniques and the music industry. Interns will be responsible for street, college and music store promotional activities. Interns will also participate in club marketing campaigns. You will make invaluable contacts and learn priceless information about the workings of the industry.
Intern Requirements:
Interns must be of good character, punctual, self-motivated and professional. Course credit is available for college students. However, college enrollment is not required for this position. Finally, interns must have a passion for music and the industry.

Radio Promotions Intern
Piggy Bank Radio Promotions interns will gain a thorough understanding of both the business aspects of radio and the music industry. Radio Promotions interns will have the opportunity to network with radio personnel/personalities at local and regional radio stations and events. You will be responsible for visiting radio stations and assisting the Piggy Bank Records Promotions Director with contacting radio stations and meeting with station program directors in order to ensure that airplay is retained for Piggy Bank artists. You will make invaluable contacts and learn priceless information about the workings of the radio business.

Webmaster/Viral Marketing Intern
Internship Description:
Piggy Bank Webmaster / Viral Marketing interns will gain a thorough understanding of viral marketing and the music industry. Interns will update websites and are responsible for viral marketing campaigns. You will make invaluable contacts and learn priceless information about the workings of the music business.
Intern Requirements:
Interns must be of good character, punctual, self-motivated and professional. Course credit is available for college students. However, college enrollment is not required for this position.
Interns must also have the following technical abilities:
- Web creation and design skills (HTML, Java, Flash, Dreamweaver, etc.)
- Skill with Facebook, Myspace and other social networking websites
- Skill with Youtube, Google Video and other video posting websites
